TITANN — Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: August 12, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and participation in the TITANN token presale.

By participating in the TITANN presale, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and the associated risks.

1.General

TITANN is a digital token operating on the Solana blockchain.

The TITANN presale provides eligible participants with an opportunity to acquire TITANN tokens before public trading begins.

These Terms govern participation in the presale, including wallet connection, token purchases, Buying Bonuses, Referral Rewards, token reservation, distribution and Claim.

TITANN is being developed as part of the PRIME ECOSYSTEM.

2.Acceptance of Terms

Before completing a purchase through the official TITANN presale interface, the participant must expressly accept these Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance must be provided through the designated checkbox or equivalent confirmation mechanism.

If the participant has not accepted the Terms, the purchase function must remain unavailable.

Connecting a wallet alone does not constitute a purchase or acceptance of a transaction.

By completing a purchase after accepting these Terms, the participant confirms that they understand the conditions of the presale and voluntarily accept the associated risks.

3.Eligibility

Participants must have reached the legal age of majority applicable to them and must have the legal capacity required to participate in transactions involving digital assets.

Each participant is solely responsible for determining whether acquiring, receiving, holding, using or transferring TITANN is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable to them.

The availability of the TITANN website in a particular country does not mean that participation in the presale is legally permitted in that jurisdiction.

Participation is prohibited where acquisition or receipt of TITANN would violate applicable law, sanctions, court orders, regulatory restrictions or other binding legal requirements.

TITANN may restrict access where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

4.Circumvention of Restrictions

Participants must not intentionally circumvent geographical, technical or legal restrictions through VPNs, proxy services, false information, third parties or other methods intended to bypass applicable restrictions.

TITANN may suspend or restrict an operation where reasonably necessary to comply with mandatory legal requirements, sanctions obligations or measures intended to prevent unlawful activity.

5.Solana Wallet

Participation requires a compatible Solana wallet.

TITANN does not receive and will never legitimately request a participant's seed phrase, private key or other credentials providing unrestricted access to their wallet.

Participants are solely responsible for the security of their wallets, private keys, seed phrases and devices.

The connected public wallet address may be used to identify purchases and account for purchased TITANN, Buying Bonuses, Referral Rewards and Claim eligibility.

6.Price and Purchase Calculation

Before a transaction is confirmed, the presale interface displays the applicable TITANN price, payment amount and estimated amount of TITANN associated with the purchase.

The TITANN presale price may change according to the stages or other published mechanics of the presale.

Each successfully registered purchase is calculated according to the applicable terms and price for that purchase.

Values displayed through the interface may be rounded for presentation purposes. Final calculations may use the technical precision supported by the token and blockchain infrastructure.

7.Purchase Confirmation

A purchase is considered registered after the relevant transaction has been successfully confirmed and recognized by the presale system.

Failed, rejected or unconfirmed transactions do not create an entitlement to TITANN.

Participants are responsible for verifying the transaction amount, payment method, connected wallet and other relevant information before confirming a transaction.

8.Token Reservation

TITANN purchased during the presale may not be transferred directly to the participant's wallet at the time of purchase.

Following confirmation of a qualifying purchase, the corresponding TITANN allocation may be recorded by the presale system and reserved for the Solana address used for that purchase.

The website may display purchased TITANN, Buying Bonus allocations, Referral Rewards and total TITANN reserved for the connected wallet.

A balance displayed before Claim represents a presale allocation record and does not necessarily mean that the corresponding tokens have already been transferred on-chain to the participant's wallet.

9.Claim

Actual distribution of purchased TITANN and applicable bonus or referral tokens may occur after completion of the presale through the designated Claim function.

Participants may be required to connect the same Solana wallet for which the corresponding allocation was registered.

Once Claim becomes available, eligible participants may request transfer of their available TITANN according to the applicable technical procedure.

Claim availability and instructions will be communicated through official TITANN channels.

10.Buying Bonus

A separate Buying Bonus Pool of 50,000,000 TITANN is allocated to the Buying Bonus program. The Buying Bonus Pool is distinct from the Referral Pool of 30,000,000 TITANN, and the two pools are accounted for separately.

Buying Bonus tokens are allocated exclusively from the available balance of the Buying Bonus Pool and are never created in addition to it.

Each individual confirmed purchase is assessed separately and may receive its own Buying Bonus.

A participant may make several separate purchases and may receive several separate Buying Bonuses, one for each qualifying confirmed purchase.

Reaching a higher BONUS PAK level with a later purchase does not retroactively recalculate, upgrade or top up any earlier purchase or any Buying Bonus already allocated for it.

The Buying Bonus percentage applied to a purchase is the percentage of the BONUS PAK level whose conditions are actually satisfied by that individual purchase. If the amount paid falls between two BONUS PAK levels but is insufficient to reach the next level, the higher level is not applied.

A Buying Bonus arises only after a successful on-chain transaction has been confirmed and recognised by the project. Transactions that fail, are rejected, cancelled, reverted or remain unconfirmed do not generate any Buying Bonus.

One blockchain transaction may generate at most one Buying Bonus. Repeated submission or reprocessing of the same transaction does not generate an additional allocation.

Once a purchase is confirmed and qualifies, the full calculated Buying Bonus is reserved for the purchasing wallet and immediately reduces the available Buying Bonus Pool until Claim.

A Buying Bonus displayed before Claim is a reservation and allocation record only. It does not represent tokens already transferred on-chain to the participant.

Reserved Buying Bonuses may be claimed after the presale has ended, in accordance with the general Claim procedure described in these Terms.

FULL BONUS OR NO BONUS: a Buying Bonus is granted only if, at the moment of the atomic reservation, the available Buying Bonus Pool contains enough TITANN to cover the full calculated bonus for that purchase. If the available balance is lower than the full calculated bonus, no Buying Bonus is granted for that purchase, no partial amount is allocated, and the remaining pool balance is not reduced by that purchase.

In such a case the underlying purchase remains fully valid and the buyer receives the base amount of TITANN purchased, without a Buying Bonus.

Participation does not guarantee a Buying Bonus. Any bonus depends on a qualifying confirmed purchase and on a sufficient available Buying Bonus Pool balance at the moment of the atomic reservation.

11.Bonus Pool Exhaustion

Buying Bonuses are available only while the Buying Bonus Pool holds enough TITANN to cover the full calculated bonus of the purchase concerned.

The Buying Bonus is treated as unavailable for an individual purchase whenever the available balance is insufficient to cover that purchase's full bonus, even if some TITANN still remain in the pool.

Once the Buying Bonus Pool is fully exhausted, no further Buying Bonuses are granted. Purchases of TITANN continue normally without a Buying Bonus, and the base amount of TITANN validly purchased is not affected.

Buying Bonuses that were correctly reserved before exhaustion remain reserved and are not cancelled merely because the pool is later exhausted.

TITANN may decide to increase or replenish the Buying Bonus Pool only if such a change is separately and officially announced through official project channels.

Fraud, abuse, duplicate submissions and verified technical or calculation errors may be corrected in accordance with the Abuse Prevention and Technical or Calculation Errors sections of these Terms. Correct and legitimate allocations are not cancelled arbitrarily.

12.Referral Program

A separate Referral Pool of 30,000,000 TITANN is allocated to Referral Rewards. The Referral Pool is distinct from the Buying Bonus Pool of 50,000,000 TITANN.

Referral Rewards are allocated only from the available balance of the Referral Pool. When a Referral Reward is correctly reserved, the corresponding amount of TITANN is deducted from the available Referral Pool before the reward is claimed.

A participant may receive a personal referral link or identifier associated with their connected Solana wallet. A qualifying purchase must be correctly attributed to the referrer through the referral mechanism in effect at the time of the purchase.

An invited wallet may be linked to only one referrer in accordance with the platform's attribution mechanics. Once the referral relationship for a given purchase has been fixed, a different referral link or identifier does not alter the attribution of that purchase or any reward already created for it.

A single blockchain transaction cannot create more than one Referral Reward.

A Referral Reward arises only after the invited user's qualifying purchase has been successfully confirmed and recognized on-chain by the presale system. Failed, rejected, cancelled or unconfirmed transactions do not create Referral Rewards.

Each separate qualifying confirmed purchase may be counted individually, including subsequent or repeat purchases, provided the purchase satisfies the then-current Referral Program rules.

Referral reward percentages are determined by the BONUS PAK level reached by the invited user at the time of the qualifying purchase, as follows: LEVEL 1 — 2%, LEVEL 2 — 3%, LEVEL 3 — 4%, LEVEL 4 — 5%, LEVEL 5 — 6%, LEVEL 6 — 7%.

The reward is calculated according to the rules of the BONUS PAK level actually reached. If the amount paid falls between two BONUS PAK levels but is insufficient to reach the next level, the purchase is not treated as having reached the higher level; the applicable percentage and calculation basis are those of the level actually reached.

After a qualifying purchase is confirmed, the calculated Referral Reward may be recorded by the system and reserved for the referrer's Solana wallet. Any Referral balance or reward displayed before Claim is a presale allocation or reservation record and does not mean that TITANN tokens have already been transferred to the wallet on-chain.

The website may display the total Referral Pool, the amount of reserved or allocated rewards, and the remaining available balance of the Referral Pool.

Actual distribution of reserved Referral Rewards occurs through the Claim function after the presale is completed and Claim becomes available. Claim may require the same Solana wallet for which the reward was registered. Properly reserved rewards remain eligible for Claim in accordance with these Terms and the applicable technical Claim procedure, except in cases of verified error, fraud, abuse or legal requirement.

Referral Rewards are available only while the Referral Pool has sufficient available TITANN. The aggregate amount of Referral Rewards cannot exceed the available Referral Pool. Once the Referral Pool is fully exhausted, new qualifying purchases will no longer generate Referral Rewards.

Exhaustion of the Referral Pool does not end the presale, does not cancel the ability to purchase TITANN or BONUS PAKs, and does not affect the base amount of TITANN validly purchased by a buyer. It only stops the accrual of new Referral Rewards. Referral Rewards that have already been correctly reserved are not cancelled merely because the Referral Pool is later exhausted.

The Referral Program and the accrual of new rewards may also end with the close of the applicable referral reward period or presale, as published by the project. No referral rewards are guaranteed after the applicable period has ended.

Consistent with the Abuse Prevention provisions, bots, artificial referral activity, duplicate reward attempts, software exploitation, fraud and verified technical errors may be grounds for denial or correction of a Referral Reward. Legitimate allocations that have been properly recorded may not be arbitrarily cancelled.

Participation in the Referral Program does not guarantee a specific amount of TITANN. The actual reward depends on qualifying confirmed purchases, the applicable BONUS PAK level and rate, and the available Referral Pool at the time of allocation.

13.Abuse Prevention

Manipulation or exploitation of the Buying Bonus or Referral Program is prohibited.

Prohibited conduct may include automated abuse, bots, exploitation of software errors, artificial referral activity, attempts to receive the same reward multiple times or other conduct designed to obtain rewards contrary to the intended operation of the program.

TITANN may correct or cancel rewards resulting from demonstrable fraud, abuse or technical error.

Such measures must not be used to arbitrarily cancel properly recorded legitimate allocations.

14.Presale Target

Any fundraising target displayed on the website represents a target for the presale and does not constitute a Soft Cap required for TITANN to launch.

Failure to reach the displayed target does not automatically result in cancellation of the presale, cancellation of TITANN, cancellation of token distribution or cancellation of the planned launch.

Failure to reach the target does not automatically create a right to a refund except where required by applicable law.

15.Liquidity

TITANN plans to allocate 80% of funds actually raised through the presale toward the creation and/or provision of TITANN liquidity.

This percentage is calculated using funds actually raised rather than the maximum fundraising target displayed on the website.

Remaining funds may be used for development, infrastructure, security, marketing, operations, legal and administrative expenses, development of the PRIME ECOSYSTEM and other project-related purposes.

16.Liquidity Management

Following creation of liquidity, management of the relevant liquidity and associated LP positions or equivalent rights remains under the control of the TITANN project.

Unless expressly announced otherwise, liquidity must not be interpreted as automatically locked or permanently burned.

TITANN may manage liquidity for legitimate project purposes, including changing or migrating trading pairs, moving liquidity between compatible protocols or platforms, technical maintenance and security measures.

Initial liquidity does not guarantee a permanent liquidity level, permanent existence of a particular pool or the ability to trade TITANN at any specific price.

17.Public Trading

Following completion of the presale, TITANN plans to prepare the token for public trading.

The launch date may depend on technical procedures, liquidity creation, infrastructure security, Solana network conditions and other relevant circumstances.

Any preliminary launch date is a planned date unless expressly identified as final and confirmed.

18.Market Price

After public trading begins, the market price of TITANN will be determined by market supply and demand, available liquidity and the actions of market participants.

Presale prices, anticipated listing prices or other displayed price references do not guarantee future market value.

TITANN does not guarantee that the token will maintain, increase or reach any particular price.

19.Future Exchange Listings

Any centralized or decentralized exchange names or logos displayed in connection with future listings represent planned or targeted venues unless a listing has expressly been confirmed.

Displaying the name or logo of an exchange does not by itself constitute a partnership, endorsement, agreement or guaranteed listing.

TITANN does not guarantee listing on any particular exchange or trading platform.

20.Refund Policy

Blockchain transactions confirmed through the Solana network may be irreversible.

Except where otherwise expressly provided in these Terms or required by applicable law, successfully confirmed and registered TITANN purchases are final and are not refundable at the participant's request.

Changes in market conditions, digital asset prices, participant expectations or a participant's decision to discontinue participation after completing a purchase do not by themselves create a right to a refund.

21.Participant Errors

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TITANN is not responsible for losses resulting from participant errors, including sending assets to an incorrect address, using an unsupported asset or network, losing access to a wallet, compromising a private key or seed phrase, or confirming an incorrect transaction.

22.Technical or Calculation Errors

If a verified technical or calculation error results in an incorrect TITANN allocation, Buying Bonus or Referral Reward, TITANN may correct the error before actual distribution.

Any correction should be based on verifiable blockchain records and the applicable presale conditions at the time of the relevant transaction.

23.Delay or Inability to Launch

A delay in Claim, liquidity creation or commencement of public trading does not by itself create an automatic right to a refund.

If distribution or launch becomes impossible because of substantial technical, legal or regulatory circumstances, TITANN may determine an appropriate procedure taking into account the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.

This may include postponement, modification of the distribution mechanism, an alternative Claim procedure or, where required by applicable law or separately determined by the project, a procedure for returning available funds.

24.Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for determining and satisfying any tax obligations associated with acquiring, receiving, holding, transferring, using or selling TITANN, Buying Bonuses or Referral Rewards.

TITANN does not provide individualized tax advice and does not guarantee any particular tax treatment.

25.No Financial Advice

Information provided through the TITANN website, documentation, social channels or other official project communications is provided for informational purposes.

Nothing provided by TITANN constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Nothing published by TITANN should be interpreted as a promise of profit or as a recommendation to purchase, sell or hold TITANN.

26.Risk Disclosure

Participation in the presale and acquisition, holding or use of TITANN involve significant risks.

Digital asset markets are highly volatile.

The value of TITANN may increase or decrease substantially and may potentially fall to zero.

No guarantee is provided regarding TITANN's future value, liquidity, adoption, utility, profitability or market performance.

Participants should acquire TITANN only after independently evaluating the associated risks.

27.Technical Risks

Participation may involve Solana network congestion or interruptions, software or smart-contract vulnerabilities, wallet compatibility problems, failed transactions, cyberattacks, third-party failures and other technical circumstances.

TITANN cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of independent blockchain infrastructure.

28.Third-Party Services

Interaction with TITANN may involve third-party wallets, decentralized exchanges, RPC providers and other independent services.

TITANN does not control such independent services and, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, is not responsible for their independent actions, failures, discontinuation or vulnerabilities.

29.Changes to These Terms

TITANN may update these Terms in connection with project development, changes to technical architecture, security requirements, applicable law or other material circumstances.

The current version will be published on the official website together with its last-updated date.

Material changes affecting the presale, Claim or token distribution should, where reasonably practicable, be communicated through official project channels.

30.Existing Purchases

Changes to these Terms must not be used to arbitrarily cancel properly registered purchases or reduce the base amount of TITANN already allocated to a wallet under the terms applicable to the relevant purchase.

This does not prevent correction of verified errors, prevention of fraud or abuse, or actions required by applicable law.

31.Project Changes

TITANN may modify future roadmap items, website interfaces, technical infrastructure, supported wallets, Claim mechanisms, project timelines, trading venues, integrations and other future elements of the project.

Buying Bonus and Referral Program rules may be modified, suspended or discontinued for future transactions.

Such changes should not arbitrarily cancel properly reserved existing rewards except in cases involving error, fraud, abuse or mandatory legal requirements.

32.Force Majeure

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TITANN is not responsible for delays or inability to perform resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include critical Solana network failures, cyberattacks, significant infrastructure vulnerabilities, major internet or data-center outages, governmental actions, changes in law or sanctions regimes, natural disasters, war, civil unrest and other extraordinary events.

TITANN may temporarily suspend functions or postpone Claim, trading launch or other technical stages for the period reasonably necessary to restore safe operation.

33.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TITANN, its developers, representatives, contractors, contributors and other associated parties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the acquisition, holding, use, transfer or market value of TITANN.

TITANN does not guarantee profit, a particular market value, continuous liquidity, the ability to sell at a particular price or listing on any particular exchange.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

34.Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, participants are encouraged to first submit a written description of the issue through the official TITANN support channel.

Where reasonably possible, the parties should attempt to resolve the matter in good faith.

Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded by contract.

35.Contact

Official support contact: titannsupport@gmail.com

Participants should use only contact channels published through the official TITANN website and should independently verify their authenticity.

TITANN representatives will never legitimately request a user's seed phrase or private key.

36.Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with applicable presale conditions, the Privacy Policy and other documents expressly incorporated into them, govern participation in the TITANN presale.

If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

37.Participant Acknowledgement

By completing a TITANN purchase, the participant confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions; understand the presale and Claim mechanism; understand that balances displayed before Claim may represent presale allocation records rather than tokens already held in their wallet; understand the risks associated with digital assets; understand that no profit or future token value is guaranteed; understand that future exchange listings are not guaranteed; have independently considered whether participation is lawful for them; accept responsibility for the security of their wallet; and voluntarily accept the risks associated with participation.

38.Purchase Warning

Before final purchase confirmation, the website may display the following warning:

“Cryptocurrencies involve significant risk. TITANN does not guarantee returns, future value, liquidity or exchange listings. I confirm that I have read and accept the Terms & Conditions.”

A purchase through the website interface must not proceed unless the participant has provided the required acceptance.

TITANN will never legitimately request a wallet seed phrase, private key or wallet password. Support: titannsupport@gmail.com
